I have done all the steps and I am still getting the error "server sent broken packet"

ipconfig /flushdns

netsh winsock reset

netsh int ip reset

Router/ISP check

Make sure port 19132 (UDP) is open — this is what Minecraft Bedrock uses.

You may need to log into your router and check port forwarding or firewall settings
