    Hello,

I play Minecraft Java on PC. I migrated my account for over a week ago from Mojang account to Microsoft account, and after that, I couldn't access online games. I made sure I was logged in on my Microsoft account, which I was, and of course I can't use my Mojang account since migration so as to try and get to online games. The only thing I could play, was locally, on my own, but realms and multiplayer are not possible. The game says it is due to my security settings for my Microsoft account. So I went to my Microsoft account, but coud not find anything there. So, as the many online tutorials suggested, I went to my XBox account page, found the Security Settings and then the ones for XBox One / Windows 10 (I have a Windows 10 operating system in case that matters). However, it has been claiming the whole time that the settings couldn't be loaded and that I should try again later. So it's obviously difficult to allow multiplayer on an account if those settings can't even load. This has been going on for the entire time (over a week) and I have tried on several occasions and on different times of a day. I will try to attach a screenshot for this below, in case that helps. What should I do?

I understand, because the problem happened after the migration, I recommend that you contact the game's developers, informing us of everything that you informed us here. You can be contacting them via the link below.

I tried but for some reason it keeps kicking me to the US site for the call option. So I guess Denmark hasn't got any.

Edit: I found it. Thanks for the time you put on to try and help.

    Hi,

Thanks, but I already did, and they told me to contact Microsoft because it is a Microsoft account and they don't have any chance of doing anything for me in that regard.
