    I'm trying to sign into Minecraft on P. S four, but it's saying it's on another account is logged in? I cannot find that account.And there's no one to talk to about it xboxes saying there's no one to talk to about this but neither of them are giving me a solution online. I've never experienced signing into a game so hard. I guess it's pretty hard to talk about Minecraft.

    From your description, I understand that you are told that you are already logged in to another account when trying to log in to Minecraft on PS4. I understand your confusion about this problem.

    This may be a service problem of ps4. You can try the following methods to solve your problem:

    Even if you can unlink the account, Sony will not allow you to link another Microsoft account afterwards:

    Note: After linking a Microsoft account to a PlayStation® account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation™ Network account can be linked to other accounts. Even if you unlink, the Microsoft and PlayStation® accounts can only be relinked to the original accounts. Again, this is a Sony restriction. It is not a limitation imposed by Microsoft/Minecraft.

    Hello, sorry for the late reply.

    As you said I somehow created another Microsoft account with the same email adress like the previous one that I used to play Minecraft and other games with.

    I logged in with my Microsoft account in to the Minecraft website. I logged in with the same email adress, but I had different account name than I used to play Minecraft with and it shows me I don't have Minecraft. That is the issue I think, that I cannot log in to the previous account because it somehow overwrote it.

It says my account is already connected to another account but I received an email saying that the Microsoft account was logged into PlayStation but on my ps minecraft shows that I’m not logged in. I’ve already contacted PlayStation and Minecraft and they both told me the same thing but nothings changed. I’m in desperate need of help

    Oof. Yeah. Whenever I use another account to login, Minecraft will say "we failed to log you in" and the error code is ghast.

    I don’t think it has to do with that. When I log into the Minecraft website it says that I have Minecraft purchased, it won’t let me log in with this account into the Minecraft launcher. Whenever I click log in with Microsoft or I click on my account to log in, it says that there was an issue while logging in.
