Minecraft says I can't play on realms because of account permission issues

The problem is not that I can’t join a specific Realm. It’s a general problem. Under Play, Minecraft says says “You need permission. You cannot play on Realms because of how your Xbox Live account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy & online safety
settings on Xbox Live."

When I log into Minecraft for windows 10, it says that there is an error with my account. I can't go into realms, friends worlds, or servers. Maybe it is because I switched the email on my Microsoft account recently?

I'm having this issue, and idk even how. I'm not part of a family, my account has never been anything but an adult account, and this issue is recent. I can't buy a Java realm because it says I don't have permission, like my money my card my game wasn't permission enough. Sometime it even throws an error, the error specifying it was blocked by family settings. Where tf are "family settings"? I can't find em on the xbox, on xbox.com, microsoft, accounts.live, I even downloaded the "family settings app" which had nothing. How do I fix this so I can make my purchase and move on?

You have registered your "main account" as child account (under 18+ of age) this is why you are not able to play online and Mojang support suggested you to set up a different account

Unless your parental account gives permission your child account will not be able to play other realms in Minecraft
