Minecraft saves all corrupted - cloud save did not work

if there are any corrupted minecraft world im sorry but you got to start again.

I just bought Minecraft on iPhone and can’t see the worlds I created

So for me Minecraft cloud save on Xbox has a 100% failure rate. I find it hard to believe this game is so poorly designed that every save ends up corrupted.

Surely there is a better response than “too bad you’re stuffed”. In Australia we have mandatory consumer guarantees against faulty product, and everyone who owns Minecraft would be entitled to a refund of the game.

Surely there is a better solution?

I restored my Xbox as I was having start-up problems and when I restored the system I downloaded all my Minecraft save games. Now Minecraft says all the saved games are corrupted and are unplayable.

I’ve tried restarting the system, reinstalling Minecraft, downloading the saved games again - nothing has worked.

I started a new game and then I thought maybe I should do another restore, thinking maybe there was a problem with the restore. Well now it turns out that the new save game is also corrupted after the restore - this tells me the cloud save capability for
Minecraft is a pile of garbage.

Is there a way of fixing these games or downloading them from the cloud so they can be fixed elsewhere?

have you tried downloading minecraft on another device and loging in and trying it?
