Minecraft RuntimeBroker.exe - Application Error

When I attempt to load up minecraft, I am giving a message box that says

"RuntimeBroker.exe - Application Error

X The instruction at 0x0000&FFF1FD738AA referenced memory at 0x0000000000000000. The memory could not be read.

Click OK to terminate the program."

Uninstalling, restarting and reinstalling the computer hasn't fixed the problem.

I have no idea what to do to resolve this problem.

Can you be specific about where I can find more info? Because that is just a general support page and I have a very specific issue?

Thank you for your help, however I am currently unable to access the minecraft launcher (it can't be opened/launched, is still showing up in the windows search bar, cannot be uninstalled).

Every time I try to download it again from other places (microsoft store application, minecraft installer application, minecraft launcher from the xbox store), I get an error and it tells me it is unable to install
