    Good afternoon,

    Minecraft will not let me play realms or online games on my xbox one.

    I have tried :
    - Factory default xbox one
    - Change Privacy settings for my whole family

    - Set everything to allow

    Still blocking it. Any update at all.

    Let's set up your account then

    Go to the top right corner, click on your avatar

    click on xbox profile(warns me if it doesn't show up)

    will open a green screen

    click on privacy

    will open another screen, with your gamertag and big photo in the center of it

    below, it has 3 tabs, privacy, online security windows and xbox

    in these 2 tabs, allow everything, and at the end of each one, click "send"

    Redo it calmly. This is the only setting that eliminates this problem okay? There is no longer any direct cause for this problem.

    What can generate conflict is if you are in a family group, in which case I can advise you to go out to test.

    As i have said i went over all privacy settings and still the same issue.

    Ok i have removed that Family Group and will try and see will this resolve the issue
