Minecraft replace world does not work.

I seem to not be able to do anything with the realms i set up. I cannot download the realm, replace realm, reset it, or even close the realm. It doesn't allow me to do anything with them. I literally cannot even join my own world.

We've got a few questions for you to help us better understand the situation:

Does Minecraft freeze on the menu screen?
Or does Minecraft freeze when you're in your Minecraft world?
If you start a new world in Minecraft, does that one freeze as well?

For in-game issues it will be better if you contact the game developer, in this case Mojang, or you post at their forums.

Your issue could be several things. Does your inventory not work in only one world or all of them (could be a broken world or the game itself)? If it isn't working in any world I suggest using https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us as
it's dedicated for Minecraft.
