    I have a question for people who know things more than I do, I have two Minecraft accounts, one I am locked out of even though I use that same password for everything on there, and it won't let me access Realms I don't know why it wont let me... I have a second account which will let me play the game and access everything but it won't let me access servers, please tell me what I should do? I'm so confused and just annoyed at this point.

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are being asked to update your privacy settings in order to play in a Minecraft Realm even though your settings are correct. Is this right? If you haven't already, we recommend removing
    your account from the Xbox one and then re-downloading it. Please make sure you know the email and password to your account before removing your account to avoid a situation where you are unable to recover your password.

    I've been playing on Minecraft Realms with a couple of friends. Yesterday I suddenly couldn't sync user data and when I went to load a world there was a 'Realms not supported' error in the box for loading Realms. Any Idea on how to fix this. I
    also have Minecraft loaded on my PC and have no issues on it.
