    I accidentally bought a map with my minecoins but the trailer was quite different from the map itself, and I do not like it. Can I refund the map and get my minecoins back?

    There aren't usually refunds for items purchased on the Marketplace. Marketplace purchases are final.

    Who was it that told you you would receive a refund because an item was removed from the marketplace? Xbox does not offer refunds for this. It would not be a good policy to do so. I know that there are a few items that I've purchased in the past that
    is no longer available on the marketplace.

    Imagine if they refunded everyone in the world simply because the item is not available any longer.
