    Minecraft Reedeming Code Error

Hello, a few days ago i reedemed a code for a Cape i got from TikTok live, the code was a bit older but it still worked normally, when i typed in the code i checked for typos etc. the code went trough and i got a pop up message on screen that my code was reedemed but i never got the Cape added to my account, i searched on web and it said that it could take a few days to load but i still don't see any sign of cape on my account!

    :)

    Minecraft Reedeming Code Error

    Hello Nikodije,

I'm an Independent Advisor. Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum, I apologize for a delay in response.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issue with your cape. Can you please try to check if your cape is listed in your order history? https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If the cape is listed, please open Minecraft Bedrock and try to sign out your Microsoft account then sign back in. Go to Dressing Room > Capes. After activating the capes in Bedrock, please try to restart your Minecraft Launcher and see if they will now show in your Java capes.

If the cape will still not show up in both Bedrock and Java after a while, please try to reach out to Minecraft support so they can investigate why the cape is not showing up on your account yet and help. https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new...

    For your reference https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/31...

I will be awaiting your response.

    Regards,

    Belle
