So I can better understand your situation, can you share the exact error message that you received?

Check for typos to make sure you entered all information accurately and as it appears on your gift card. Typos are the most common reason for code errors, and the following characters aren’t accepted: A, E, I, O, U, L, S, 0, 1, and 5.

Try again in an hour or two to rule out a temporary server outage.

If the card says that it's not activated, return it to the store that you purchased it from and ask their customer service to activate the card.

If it's anything like the chips ahoy code you will need to redeem from the site then they will email you code. Also if this doesn't work reach out to Mcdonalds on twitter, I have found this to be a useful tool with major brands.

Hi, I have bought a mcdonalds 2,500 point minecraft deal that gets me a whole bunch of skins. I have redeemed the code on Minecraft.net/mcdonalds but it hasn't shown up in my account?

Just wondering if there is any specific way to get skins?

I also accidentally bought it twice & have redeemed both codes but still nothing in my account.

Unless maybe I'm looking in the wrong place for the items in minecraft bedrock?
