Minecraft redeem code error

I am trying to redeem a Minecraft windows 10 edition key from the Mojang website.

This is the prompt I am trying to redeem from:

It allows for users who have purchased the java edition of the game to then redeem a code for the windows 10 edition of the game.

Go to minecraft.net, then sign it your account. Your email should appear at the top right corner. After that, go to
the redeem page. I you didn't sign in, just sign in. There should be a section called "Minecraft for Windows 10". Click on the box that says "Redeem". If you did not redeem the code, redeem it. If
you've previously redeem it, it should redirect you to a page where it tells you your redeem account. Open up Microsoft Store and sign in with your account. Search up "Minecraft", it should be free for you. Install and enjoy cross-play!
