Minecraft Realms thinks I'm Underage!

Your Xbox account age starts from the Date of Birth you entered when creating your profile online.

Once you hit 18, it becomes an adult account automatically. Just make sure your birthday on the account is correct.

If your Date of Birth is correct, but it still not working, the best course of action is to contact Support and provide the necessary information to validate your date of birth.

Then, follow these steps:

Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" > Confirm > Start Chat.

If you're underage then you cannot promote your account to adult. However, the parent account may be able to grant access to extra features on Live. Have them check your account permissions.
