Minecraft Realms suscription was paid but it didn't renew.

Hi;

A couple of months ago i suscribed for Minecraft Realms Plus and turned on recurring billing. Thing is that just like last month, i got charged some days ago but my realms still says expired, it somehow got ignored (just like last month) so it wont let me play something that I paid for.

Last time i had to request a refund because it did charged me twice, this time im not paying the second suscription for that. Also i cannot see a refund option this time so im not sure what to do?

I even tried asking for a call for support but it won't let me get that support, it gives me an error every single time.

Any suggestions or solutions?

I have this issue but times 4! I got charged as if I have 4 realms but just my one realm is inactive. But anywhere in my subscriptions I only have one realm and that one says expired.

It's on windows 10, btw.

But for whatever reason, it now works, i just checked and its online.

Does it takes 5 days to validate the payment?

Ill jjust disable automatic payment and pay manually every time it expires now anyway.

I have this same issue. I was billed January 3rd 2021 for $7.99, I have the credit card statement to prove it. However, the realms subscription shows as "expired". It's prompting me to pay another $7.99 to get into it. I don't think so! I need a refund for the amount that I already paid, because if I'm not going to be able to use it I need to get refunded that amount.

If it appears active, but the game shows Expired, you will need to contact mojang to have them review your game internally.

If Expired appears on the link, it means that the payment has not been completed, and even if it has been charged, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account.
