MInecraft realms plus wont open after renewel ?

Sign out from your account on both Xbox app and Microsoft Store and do this (also Minecraft launcher):

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Finally do this:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

Sign in again on Microsoft store, Xbox app, minecraft launcher and try again

If maybe the issue persists an in order to isolate a bit more the issue.

Are you able to log in with your account on a different platform? (Mobile or Xbox)

That's odd, usually the subscription renews up to 48 hours after date of purchase

Where are you experiencing this issue?
Xbox, PC or Mobile?
(I mean, in which platform you purchased the subscription?)

Also, recurring billing for the subscription was on or you renewed the subscription manually?

And, if you go to your Microsoft account order history, are you able to see the transaction or not yet?

i renewed it manually in saturday 13/8/2022 and yes it does show in my order history
