Minecraft Realms on Java not renewable after 1.17 update

Ever since the 1.17 update came out, I have been unable to renew my realms subscription on Java Edition. It always is infinitely loading right before the checkout screen on minecraft.net. I have tried going on different WiFis, devices, browsers, etc. yet nothing will prevent it from happening. I have seen tons of complaints from other users about the negative effect 1.17 has had on their realms and realms subscriptions, so I was wondering if others were experiencing this problem and if there was a solution. I predict it is something the devs have to patch but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Thank you for your help!
I am indeed using Minecraft Java edition on the PC.

Logging in and out doesn't seem to be the problem. I think the marketplace is only accessible using the betrock/windows edition. I can go to the marketplace there and still purchase items through this method.

If I am logged into Minecraft Java edition and go to Minecraft Realms it will show me the option to renew a realm which takes me to minecraft.net (Profile>Wallet & Realms) where I normally renewed my realms for Java edition. For this, the payment option has been a problem. I remember being able to renew it using this method not too long ago.

Could you elaborate on the subject a little bit more? What kind of plan is it asking you about exactly? I'm judging from it being Minecraft, your world may be on a Realm server and it is asking you to renew the subscription to the Realm?

A few more questions. Do you have Xbox Live Gold or perhaps Xbox Game Pass, Minecraft is available through Game Pass as well... so if you had that and then didn't renew the subscription that could prohibiti you from accessing the game and the worlds.

I'm willing to lean on the bet that your world on a Realms or you have the game through Game Pass. I would recommend checking out your services and subscriptions page, as well as this FAQ on Realms.
