    Minecraft realms double/triple charging


    I have been attempting to get a refund with my minecraft realms but keep being denied service. Am told many illegitimate things by microsoft callers support such as, "we cant help because minecraft is run by mojang." "Your purchases were longer than 30
    days ago" (how am I supposed to know about my triple charging within 30 days when I didnt even release this was happening until several months later (September 2019 to febuary 2020) (I didnt even know I was being double charged until early april and I didnt
    know I was being triple charged until late april) or, "because you accessed your minecraft realm using multiple devices, phone, xbox, and computer, you created extra subscription billing that didnt turn off." (There is no information regarding that accessing
    the realm on different devices will result in extra realms payments in the same month) which would also still be a problem on their side if that were the case. I have a total of 14 extra charges and I am being denied help. This is the most unbelievable experience
    I've ever had with microsoft. If I could I would get rid of every microsoft run product I own and transfer over to other companies. SOMEONE SEND ME LINUX AND A FREE PS4. MICROSOFT IS TAKING MY MONEY AND DOESNT EVEN CARE. I've owned microsoft realms since June,
    2019 and have had one realm only since I opened it yet get treated like they are entitled to my money I basically handed out to them. I called support in April 13th and they cancelled one of my 3 charges I recieved every month and sent a refund for that one
    month. (Cancelled recurring bill every 25th) then april 25th comes around and my ONE minecraft realm I've always owned expired. Now just yesterday I received a realms payment FOR A REALM THAT ISNT EVEN OPEN! I called today and received the tlrefund for this
    months realm payment (THAT DOESNT EXIST) but am still very upset I am not being provided any help towards getting back my other extra payments money (over $100 in extra fees) microsoft doesnt care about its customers

    dates showing I only had access to one realm but this shows I was in fact getting charged extra

    It is now june and Microsoft provided only 2 refunds out of the 14 or so extra charges that was put onto my card. Microsoft knows it has a problem with double charging yet refuses to help its customers. Its terms of services are also quite impeccable with
    not allowing refunds after 30 days of a purchase. Microsoft had me pay $16 a month extra for at least 5 months and refuses to refund even though I had no knowledge about these extra purchases going on. Microsoft deserves the worst. NEVER BUY REALMS MICROSOFT
    WILL RIP YOU OFF UP TO HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IT IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM REALMS!!!!!!

    Double charged for Minecraft realm

    Hi

    I have exactly the same issue, and it has happened twice to me now. The Realm says it has expired even though the recurring billing function charged me on the renewal date, then a few days later the realm says expired, and so I click renew and it charges me for a new realm as well. I am currently being charged for 3 realms when I actually only have 1!!!

    Can someone please help.

    Hi there AH welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Yes sometimes getting a hold of support is tricky, I suggest contacting Xbox support by selecting the 24 hours chat option and state the following as your issue "Talk to Microsoft agent" that way you will be rerouted to support!
