Minecraft realms+ charged me twice for this months subscription but my real wont work

If both of the purchases failed, the purchase is automatically cancelled by Microsoft and you will be refunded. If your payment isn't listed on the Order History (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders), you can contact your bank to cancel the purchase in a quicker manner.

I redeemed this perk this morning and it doesn't work at all. If I try to go to realms in-game, using java edition as instructed, it just brings up a screen with a link to try a free trial, or a link to buy a realm. When I go to my microsoft account to look at my subscriptions it lists me having a minecraft realm for the next three months.

I'm about ready to cancel my subscription right now. Don't want to be charged when it rolls around for nothing. If it says I have a realm then why don't I have a realm in the game?

If you're not seeing the options to request a call or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

That charge should be for Minecraft Realms.

There is a free trial for Minecraft Realms when you first subscribed

I just discovered this as well. So I do mine thru the Microsoft store. I had to “re-occurring” payments. One that said

“Realms Plus for 10 friends (with 30 day trial)

The other one was the same except it just said “realms plus for 10 friends.

It’s been charging me twice a month for 4 months now and they both come out days within each other. What gives Microsoft? Also which subscription Count for the realm I am currently using?
