Minecraft realm refund | billing continued after realm was deleted

Thanks for coming to the forums. Is this realm one you purchased with Minecraft coins? Sometimes reuploading the realm will fix this. If it continues you may want to try and get it refunded. Here is Mojang refund policy.

Sorry to hear there is an issue launching Minecraft online. Just to let you know you won’t have access to Realms while using a Beta version of Minecraft on an Xbox One console or Windows 10 computer.

I attempted to purchase minecraft realms on my switch in December. Microsoft took my coins and said "It was unable to create the realm at this time" After coming back to it I saw the error was gone however my realm was not created and nor was my
money refunded to me. Trying to contact support was fruitless as they refused to reply. Where can I contact to have my money refunded to me?

Is it a realm? Or a world hosted on someones console? If it's on the console, the Xbox would need to be left on and the world opened in Minecraft and running to allow others to access it. If it's a Realm, then that is a subscription and the user would
have to continue to pay that cost to keep the Realm hosted and accessible. That person who owns the realm would be able to manage permissions for people who have access and who do not. Are you in contact with the owner of the world/realm?
