Minecraft Realm - Owner but no game options

Hello,

Two month ago, I started a minecraft realm on the windows 10 app. When I started I could change my gamerules from the menu (settings ingame or the edit button from menu). Recently, those options gone missing, i can't see them anymore. This is really bugging
me! I don't know how to reach the support, this is nearly impossible, and I dont't know how to fix this issue. I tries following steps:

1. Backuped world, reuploaded it

2. Backuped world, reset world (no world options either)

3. closing - reopening realm

4. activated cheats (doesn't help at all, the slider went to the "on" position, but nothing else happend, no options for cheating!)

5. reinstalled the game completely

I can even set the realm description from the edit menu, but ingame it doesn't show up and the field is empty.

This is absolutely unacceptable, I'm paying money for this.

If you would like to talk to someone from Xbox support you can go to this Support Link. Once there if you select game it will offer you to ask a question, then just type

The Bedrock version of Minecraft is crossplay enabled for Windows 10, Mobile, Xbox One, VR and Nintendo Switch.

Realms is a mutliplayer server made for the Bedrock edition. There is different options for realms that determines how many people can play at the same time. Highest is 10 people excluding the owner. They are available 24/7 if the realm is payed for.

If it asks you for a game pass to join your friends in Minecraft, it may be because the kingdom owner has changed the kingdom's privacy settings. If the realm owner has set the privacy settings to “Friends Only,” only players who have an Xbox Game Pass membership will be able to join the realm.

If you're not sure if the kingdom owner has changed their privacy settings, you can ask them directly. If you don't have an Xbox Game Pass membership and want to join the realm, you'll need to purchase a membership or ask the realm owner to change your privacy settings.

This usually means you need/or the server needs to be updated because the versions don't match. If it is a realm, the realm owner need to update the server. Or you need to update your version of Minecraft.
