    Minecraft purchased but not showing in account


    Hi all

    I purchased Minecraft Java for the pc, which has worked as I can see the payment in Paypal, however it is not in the Microsoft account I created after the purchase to sign in to Minecraft. I now understand that it is linked to the purchase email but I dont know what email was used for the purchase. Is their some way I can contact Mojang or how am I going to find out what email was used for the purchase?

    Minecraft went away after gamepass expired?

    If the game is not showing as purchased on your account after signing in to Minecraft website, then the Minecraft system is not recognizing your purchase.

    You will need to contact Minecraft support:
    https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new

    Thanks for confirming. Would you please sign in to the Minecraft website and see if shows there that you own Minecraft for Windows or not?

    If it also doesn't show that you own it there, unfortunately the game was probably purchased on another Microsoft account.

    If the order for Minecraft for Windows is not showing on your Microsoft account order history, then I'm sorry but you probably purchased it on another account.

    That's weird. The order should show on your account.

    Did you purchase Minecraft for Windows directly from your account or on your dad account?
