    Minecraft purchase problem


    Not sure if this is the correct place to post, but, I had a £5 redeem voucher via Edge, and my Daughter wanted a map on Minecraft, so we used the £1.39 of the voucher to purchase the map, but it took the funds but never gave us the map, so we tried again
    but this time we purchased 360 coins for £1.69, again its took the money but not given us the coins. I am not spending any more to see if it clears up.

    Is this a bug and we will get what we paid for soon, or is this a known issue?

    Hi Jash, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that the license of Minecraft that was purchased on iPad is different from the license of the game on Minecraft Bedrock Edition for PC which means that you may need to purchase the PC version to play the game.

    I uninstalled the game Minecraft... I reinstalled Minecraft... then went back into the store and individually downloaded every purchased pack.

    Did you get Minecraft on your account or did your brother get Minecraft on his account. Seems like there may be a problem with which account purchased the game.

    Hi, Minecraft XBOX One Edition is out of support. You will be taken to the Microsoft Store as you need to purchase the Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Only then should it go without problems
