Minecraft purchase not showing in Recent Order History

We recently purchased Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC and have an email receipt from the Microsoft Store confirming the same. When I clink on "View or Managed your data" my order history suggests I've got not recent purchases?

We are trying to link my sons account so we can enable multi-player for him.

Hi Josef,

We purchased this some 8 days ago and it's still now showing up in the order history.

Thanks, any help much appreciated as there seems to be no way of contacting Microsoft about this only their standard FAQ's within which I can't find a solution.

Did you tried checking on each email address?
If yes, this email from Microsoft includes an order number? (Don't post it here. Is not allowed)

Or what says exactly this email?

Thanks for those attempting to assist, I am checking on the email with which I received the receipt so this must be the account surely?

The receipt has an order number and a link to "View order details" which when followed suggests no order history??

It's very frustrating indeed as there seems no way of escalating this to Microsoft from what we can find..

In some cases a purchase can take up to 48 hours to be reflected in your account order history since date of purchase
For now the best option is wait this time

Try keeping an eye in your Microsoft account order history, and in case you have more than one email address please check on each one
