    Minecraft purchase not appearing


    I purchased Minecraft in December 2021 using my Microsoft account, but the purchase doesn't show up on Microsoft or Mojang.

    I checked the account on my Minecraft Launcher (It's logged in and I can play on it) and confirmed that it was the same account. Under the Accounts section of the Launcher, I clicked Manage account and it took me to the Xbox profile, and I confirmed that it was the right email. Then, on that page, I clicked on My Microsoft account, which took me to my Microsoft account, and there was no purchase history at all....

    Similar things happen when I click Manage Minecraft: Java Edition profile on the Launcher. It takes me to my account on minecraft.net and doesn't show any history of buying the game - Minecraft: Java Edition has "Buy now" under it.

    I know I purchased it and it has worked in the past... I even double checked my bank history. How can this issue be solved???

    Hello! Yes I have checked the Microsoft accounts I know of and checked my order history and still have nothing. Will I be able to get a refund on my purchase in order to pay for it again after?

    I would like to clarify, did you check your known Microsoft accounts at https://account.microsoft.com/ and then 'Payment & billing' under the Order History? Just in case your purchase is there.

    Also, were you able to check your friends or family's Microsoft account's Order History? It might be possible that your payment card is associated with one of their accounts.

    It may mean that it's under a different Microsoft account of yours, Annabel48. Kindly check all Microsoft accounts that you own. We need to locate the order transaction for the game.

    Thanks for your response. Since you were not able to see the Order History for your purchase. I highly recommend contacting your financial institution regarding this transaction. You need to ask them if the transaction went through and if it did, ask them if they can provide you with an order number to request a refund.

    thats the first place i looked, but only my xbox purchases appear there. none of the minecraft purchases appear. maybe because we paid with itunes?
