Minecraft PSN account connected to unknown Microsoft account.

So I have been trying to log into my Minecraft account for a week now with now use. I ask customer service which was the most unhelpful thing I've ever seen, they just told me to look at forums then turned off replies on the email. My problem is that when i press sign in with a Microsoft account on Minecraft for ps5, I keep getting an error saying the account is linked to another psn. Now when I try it with other NEW emails that i just created it says that the account is connected to another Microsoft account. Therefore I'm stuck in a predicament where I don't have a clue what email is linked to my Minecraft psn account and what Microsoft account is connected to my psn account. This whole thing is just so much more complicated then needs be, but that's Microsoft for you . Any help on how to solve this mess would be appreciated and if it didn't explain it well just ask away and ill give more info, at the time or writing its 1am and iv an exam in 6 hours so this whole thing probably makes no sense XD.

Hi there James welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. I had the same issue when PlayStation moved to bedrock! Unfortunately, only Mojang or PS support can help with this email issue, my advice is to contact Mojang due to PS support being busy 95% of the time!

Hello, a connected account can be unlinked by clicking the unlink button in the settings on the ps5 minecraft app, I do not have an account connected to my psn, I have access to my microsoft account, i never connected any account to my psn and this is the first time im attempting to connnect, My psn is not connected to an account

It sounds link it is the other Microsoft account you have connected to the PSN account. If this is the case, you will be unable to link the new Microsoft account to the PSN account. You would need to create a new PSN account to link to the new Microsoft account.

Hello Nathan, thanks for your response, the platform I’m on is PlayStation Network. The Microsoft account I have linked to my psn account is different from my in game minecraft Microsoft account. Shouldn’t I be able to somehow unlink the minecraft Microsoft account from the game so it can change to the actual account that’s connected to psn? Sorry if this sounds confusing.
