Minecraft ps5 version isn’t working

I’ve been trying to join a realm on Minecraft but I’m having this error and I tried everything I could find I am on a ps5 which Ik isn’t for Microsoft.

this isn’t for the minecraft app, this is for the website. also i use pc version

Unfortunately, mods from the PS4 version of Minecraft won't directly transfer to the PS5 version. Minecraft on consoles, including the PS5, does not natively support mods in the same way as the PC version.

Still isn’t working. I would appreciate if they could figure out a solution. Controller isn’t responding to anything on Minecraft, but it’s working on literally ALL other games.
