Minecraft PS5 invite issue

Lemonade, if as you indicate you have already verified the privacy settings of your Microsoft account and they are in the "allow" option, the failure that reports this can happen for reasons as simple as a temporary network error or even some interruption in the platform on which you use the game, in your case PSN. If this continues to happen to you, I recommend contacting PSN or Minecraft support directly.

Based on your situation, I want to clarify that even if you can unlink the account, Sony will not allow you to link another Microsoft account afterwards:

Note: Once you link your Microsoft account to your PlayStation® account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation™ Network account can be linked to other accounts.

If you choose to unlink your accounts, purchases will be refunded to the account that made the purchase. Even if unlinked, Microsoft and PlayStation® accounts can only be relinked to the original account.

Again, this is a Sony limitation. It is not a limitation imposed by Microsoft/Minecraft.

Regarding the emails you lost access to, depending on the specific situation of your account, you can try to recover this account, such as filling out the recovery form.

Start Minecraft on the PS5.
Go to the main menu and select the “Sign in with a Microsoft Account” option.
Note the account details displayed. Ensure that this account matches the one you intend to use for multiplayer features.

Verify Your Microsoft Account Credentials:

Visit the Microsoft Account website on a computer or mobile device.
Log in with the credentials you think are correct.
Check the account details, such as your gamertag and email, to ensure they match those used in Minecraft on the PS5.

Change Minecraft Settings for Multiplayer
On PS5:

Open Minecraft Settings:

From the Minecraft main menu, go to “Settings.”

Access Privacy Settings:

Navigate to “Profile” and select “Manage Account” or “Privacy & Online Safety.”
You may be prompted to log in again. Use your Microsoft account details.

Adjust Multiplayer Settings:

Ensure the options for playing with others and participating in cross-platform play are enabled.
Set permissions for multiplayer games and communicate with others to “Allow” or adjust as needed for privacy.
Check for PS5 Restrictions:
