I have ps4 and they updated it to crossplatform, but all my damn skins packs are gone theg scammed me hardcore

If you want to play together, you will need two separate Microsoft Accounts.

If you want to play on a different platform (your laptop) you will have to purchase it for that platform.

If you purchased Minecraft for playstation digitally you can share that with your daughter's playstation account through a game share feature. If it is a disc, you don't need to worry about that.

From the Mojang Website: Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation 4™ account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation™ Network account can be associated with a different account.

If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation 4™ accounts can only be re-linked to the original account.

If you believe that your Microsoft account or PlayStation™ Network account have been linked incorrectly, then please contact Minecraft support.

My suggestion is to Game share with your daughter, create a new PlayStation account for her and pair it with her Microsoft Account. Then you can purchase Minecraft Windows 10 for you laptop and that will cover everything you need to play with her.

Only if you use ps3 is it freee to play on psn

Hate to burst your bubble but ps4 requires aPaid subscription to play ps4 online with linitations

They are behind in features and crossplatform play is only ub beta with their service

server lists, does he see your server or game.
