    Minecraft Promotion not showing up


    Hi, My gamertag is , I own minecraft on 360 and would like to purchase it on the xbox one for $4.99. I've used the same account on both the 360 and one but when I got to purchase on the xbox one it still shows as $19.99. I have contact microsoft
    phone support and chat support and have performed all the troubleshooting to no success. In a last ditch effort microsoft phone support pointed me to these forums sayig I should be able to get help here. Thanks.

    We recommend launching and playing Minecraft for Xbox 360 while connected to Xbox Live for a brief amount of time. Afterwards, it may take up to a week for the price to change. Go ahead and give that a shot, and then check back in with us a week from now
    if you do not see Minecraft's price change appropriately.
