Minecraft Playstation 4 Tokens Not Recieved

I recently bought 1720 Minecraft Tokens from the PSN store, and I had never gotten them, and I had also bought a few more tokens after this and I didn’t receive those either, it’s been a few weeks now, and I’ve contacted minecraft support, but I haven’t
gotten a response. Can anyone help me? I was wondering if it was something to do with my microsoft account, since I have both transactions.

I don't think it has anything to do on Microsoft's end. Try to contact PlayStation Network Support team and see if they can help you.

Where did you buy this £19.99 Minecraft tokens? if you purchased it through Xbox, you could check the order history and see if the transaction is successful or failed.

If you purchased these tokens on PlayStation Store you need to reach this out to PlayStation support and if you have this purchased directly in Minecraft Marketplace, then consult Minecraft support about it.
