Minecraft PlayStation 4 Skin Pack issue

Hello Microsoft, I have recently switched to PlayStation for a better gaming experience, and want to buy all of my games and DLC again for some games. Games like Castle Crashers Remastered have been fine, but Minecraft has caused me a few issues that I’d call a bit of a scam. So, I wanted to buy Skin Pack 2 for Legacy edition, since I don’t play Bedrock Edition on PS4, I only play it on Switch. Anyway, I went onto the Minecraft store on Legacy edition and it said “There is no content. It might not be for sale yet, or might no longer be for sale.” Now I know what this means, so I decided to try and buy it from the Change Skin area and yep, same message. I decided to hop onto Bedrock and buy tokens, but I couldn’t buy those either. Finally, I decided to head on to the PlayStation Store and buy it for £2.49. I then restarted Minecraft after a while to use my newly bought skins on Legacy edition. However, I went to Skin Pack 2 through ‘Change Skin’, yet the skins were still locked. I then bought the LittleBigPlanet mash-up pack, since I thought that Skin Pack 2’s issue was just a glitch. So, after spending double the money of skin pack 2 and hopping onto Minecraft Legacy AND Bedrock edition to see them still locked away, I became frustrated. I wasted almost £8 on two skin packs and a world that I can’t even use. Please help me with this issue, I just want to use my skins and mash-up packs on Legacy edition. Is that too much?

Also, I have heard people complaining about paying for Skins but Minecraft for PC is $30 and Xbox is $20. Their is 4 Skin Packs for $2 each so we pay about $28 for Minecraft and all skins.

We understand that you're looking for your Minecraft skin packs as it is not appearing after signing into your new Microsoft account. We notice that you posted twice and you mentioned PlayStation is your platform.

Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

1. Make sure that you're signed in to the correct Microsoft account that you used to purchase the skin packs.

2. Check if the skin packs are still available in the Minecraft Marketplace. If they are, you are on the correct account otherwise sign in with your other account.

3. If the skin packs are not available in the Minecraft Marketplace, try checking your PlayStation purchases. To do this, check your purchases from PlayStation Store. Depending on where you purchase the game and its packs, both should be on the same platform.

The Starter collection includes the Minecraft base game and the Starter Pack compilation: Greek Mythology Mash-up, Plastic Texture Pack, Skin Pack 1, and Villains Skin Pack.

Minecraft for Windows 10 only includes the base game.
