    Minecraft pe multiplayer feature


    Hello microsoft, I am Ezequiel or known on xbox as and I have had minecraft PE for a while now and ive never had problems with connecting with friends in worlds and playing together. Recently ive tried to play with my friends by joining his world
    but his multiplayer game option is greyed out. We both are signed in to xbox live and both of us are friended but we cant change the multiplayer feature because its set to off and its greyed out. Both our use cellular data options are on and we dont know what
    to do. Its also happened to one of my other friends aswell. Please help me out.

    Hi ! My name is Ricardo an independent advisor ready to help you with this situation!

    Please go to the game settings, head to the profile section and Sign out of your Microsoft Account then deactivate the “Use Cellular Data” option and you will do the same with “Auto Update Unlocked Packs”and then enable it again

    Finally you will need to close the game and delete the cache on the app settings of your phone

    If the problem is not fixed yet, download the Xbox app an log in there with the same Microsoft account then add your friend gamertag to your friend list
    We did this and it did not work
