Minecraft out of random says I need to purchase it again.

Then, copy the order number and contact Xbox Support.

Then, follow these steps:

Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" > Confirm > Start Chat.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand have question on purchases. Being they were purchased on the Minecraft marketplace, you will need to reach out to
Mojang support. Are you logged in with the same account as when you purchased them?

Kindly validate the license for the game first, please sign in to this link and check if you can see the game as owned.

Once confirmed, sign out on the Minecraft launcher and then sign back in, make sure that you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account, Leo.

I found the problem. On the Microsoft Store, it was for Xbox One, not Bedrock edition. On the Minecraft Marketplace, it says I need to purchase it again. However, I still cant refund it
