Minecraft Online Not Working

I have recently encountered a problem in Minecraft where no online features are available. On the launcher, it says play, not play offline so nothing wrong there. However, when I join the game, I cannot join multiplayer worlds nor access my skin. I am playing in java edition, any tips?

No, in any friend world. We all have NAT open.

Is it that one particular friend? Have they checked their account settings, or the settings for that world? It's possible the issue is not on your end. I would test by trying to join another friends "world" and see if that causes the same results?

Recently when i have tried to join a realm or a server it is coming up as i have not internet, my connection is fine and the server list loads but when i go to join a server i get a message saying, unable to connect to host, or, unable to connect to world, its been working fine previosly but i just went to play and it wouldnt let me, please help. Thanks
