Minecraft on switch bee update

Welcome to the Xbox forums.

Did you log back into a Microsoft Account that has an Xbox Live account created? Do you have a Gamertag as can be seen from account.xbox.com? Is this the same account that you logged in previously while making purchases in the in-game Minecraft Store?

Do you see any of the purchases on your Microsoft Account order history? If you had been previously logging into your Microsoft Account, it would be using the billing methods you have added to your Microsoft Account.

I would recommend reinstalling the game on your Switch and see if that helps.

Minecraft xbox one is on the bee update so did you possibly get that update? cause that's the latest

Thanks for the help. After working through the list, uninstalling the game & re-installing it seems to have solved the problem. Many thanks my son is happy now.

What device does your son play on? If he plays on the Xbox One, please try the following steps. While the Xbox is on, go ahead and do a hard
restart and power cycle to the console. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds or until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and wait 60 seconds
before turning on the Xbox. Holding down the power button on the console to force a shutdown is an important step.
