Plz help I have no clue what im doing at this point.

I've delved into various ways to play Minecraft on the Oculus Quest 2, including methods that don't require a PC. Here's a concise overview:

Minecraft Java Edition with Vivecraft:

• Use a gaming PC to run Minecraft Java Edition with the Vivecraft mod.
  
• Requires Oculus Link, Air Link, or Virtual Desktop for VR gameplay.
  

Minecraft Windows (Bedrock Edition):

• Install on a gaming PC compatible with Oculus Link or Air Link.
  
• Create a desktop shortcut with specific parameters for VR play.
  

Playing Minecraft on Quest 2 Without a PC:

• Sideloading options available for standalone play.
  

3.1 QuestCraft – Standalone Minecraft Java Edition:

• Sideloading required, using SideQuest or Bugjaeger.
  
• Full VR experience of Minecraft Java Edition on Quest 2.

Check for updates: Ensure that both Minecraft Bedrock and the Oculus Quest 2 firmware are up to date. Sometimes, software updates can introduce new features or fix existing issues.

Try alternative methods: In some VR applications, instead of an on-screen keyboard, you can use physical keyboards connected to your PC or a mobile companion app to input text. Check if Minecraft Bedrock VR supports any alternative input methods.

Thank you for confirming this for me. I will reach out to the Minecraft team to verify if the Oculus version of Minecraft allows users to play it on Windows 10 without the need to use VR. Which Oculus Rift are you using as well? Is it the original Rift, Rift S (both connect to a PC), or the Oculus Quest, Oculus Go? The reason I am asking is that there is a different version of Minecraft for these headsets. I appreciate your patience, thank you, and have a great day.

I suggest you try PSVR, it's a game changer. After recently trying the Oculus Quest, and hearing Spencer's statement about VR, Microsoft has driven me into another's arms again. I just purchased The Oculus Quest for myself, it is another game changer.
Why Microsoft continues to miss the boat on technology, I'll never know. I was really hoping for and outstanding Xbox experience, but they continue to disappoint. The other thing I really like about the PS4 and Oculus Quest, not an advertisement in sight.
