    Minecraft on Nintendo Switch keeps on disconnecting from Microsoft account


    Hello,

    I am having a problem to connect my switch to Microsoft account (for Minecraft). When I try to log in I get the code for the aka.ms/remoteconnect link, I enter it in my computer and it connects regularly. Anyway after a few seconds it disconnects again
    stating that there are some problem to connect to the account. It was working well until a few days ago.

    What can be the problem?

    ps: I already change my password in microsoft account, switched off completely the Switch, but did not help

    Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. I understand that you are constantly getting disconnected while attempting to play Minecraft online on your Nintendo Switch. To confirm, have you began to run into this error after recently migrating your Minecraft account with a Microsoft account? Did this error begin to occur after a recent update?

    I would recommend also opening a ticket with Mojang Support at Minecraft Support - Contact Us. They may be able to provide additional insight in terms of the error you are receiving.

    Same issue here. If I log into Minecraft on my Nintendo switch under my Nintendo account, I can see the DLC. But it will not sync over to my Microsoft account to be able to play on different devices.

    Has anyone had luck syncing purchases made with a Nintendo account to a Microsoft account in Minecraft marketplace?
