    And I've already showed that error to Minecraft, they've said to come here.
    "Minecraft support doesn't have access to account credentials." is what they usually say, and they just tell me to go here.

    No, for some reason Minecraft.net does not show the purchased Minecraft Bedrock Windows 10 Edition. I did not run minecraft through the launcher, I downloaded it from the Microsoft store and just opened it without using the launcher.

    So following things:

    1. There is no Minecraft on Microsoft Store App, everything else I've purchased is in the list. There is the Minecraft Launcher in "modified" status since I tried installing the game.

    2. If I login on the minecraft.net website it shows that I need to buy the game, it doesn't show up on the purchases.

    3. My account is in a family group.
