Minecraft not working with Microsoft Account

I have Minecraft for Windows 10 and have been playing it for months. When I look in the Microsoft Store -> My Library it has with a button to launch.

When I click the button, it brings up Minecraft, but now it says I have to "Unlock Full Game" to play. Even if I click "Buy", it takes me to the Microsoft store where it says I already own it.

I have already reinstalled the application, and it worked once. The second time I went to play, it was locked again. How do I get it to stop locking itself?

Yes, unfortunately that’s the case
If maybe the hacked account was a Microsoft account, you could try to recover it

But as the hacker stole your Minecraft and then they migrated the account to a new Microsoft account
There is no way to know (from Microsoft side) which was the account used to migrate this Minecraft account
They only have the tools to work with Microsoft accounts

Go to account.microsoft.com/devices, select Don't see your device?, then follow the instructions to add your pc to your devices and then afterwards restart it and try the game again

I'm sorry, but just to clarify, you did say you ended up getting a refund because you couldn't get it to install properly

I'm not sure what's going on with that anymore. I'll recommend reaching out to Minecraft support so they can have a look and rectify this
