Your Minecraft account must have migrated to the original Microsoft account email address where it was first created.

In order to find the Microsoft account where your Minecraft account was migrated, you will need to sign in to all of your Microsoft email accounts on account.microsoft.com > then go to Payment and Billing > Order History.

From there, check if you have any Minecraft transactions. If you have found the transactions, use the same Microsoft account to log in to Minecraft Launcher.

Yes, I followed the procedure to migrate my Minecraft account to a Microsoft one, and I know for sure which account it is since I still have all the emails I got during the transfer.

I also had already read that article you posted but I couldn't find a solution.

I checked my order history on this and other accounts (just to be extra sure), but there are no transactions in any of them since I never bought anything from Microsoft store (I bought the game from Mojang, in 2015).

Any other advice?

I already contacted Mojang but they cannot do much since my Minecraft account was successfully migrated and thus was deleted (as part of the migration process) from their database.

This means that they can track my order (I still have the email with my transaction ID from when I bought the game) and acknowledge that I should own the game, but they cannot check what's the problem with my Microsoft account not displaying the game as owned and resolve the issue.

In fact they suggested to contact Microsoft, which is now telling me to contact them... I think I've seen this before.

Anyway the problem is that my Microsoft account has somehow "unlinked" my owned and regularly bought game, and I can't do anything even if I have a receipt (the transaction ID) that states that I did.

Maybe I should contact another section of support from Microsoft?
