Minecraft Not Playable

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues launching Minecraft.

Would you mind giving this a try?

- Remove your account from the console.

- Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.

- Unplug the power cord from your console for 3 - 5 minutes.

- Restart your internet device.

- Plug everything back together and turn your console on.

- Sign in to your account again.

- Try launching the game.

If that doesn't work, I'd appreciate it if you answer the following questions

• Is your console connected to the Internet?

• Is this console designated as your Home Xbox?

• Have you recently had a Game Pass subscription expire?

• Could you check if Minecraft is showing on your account's order history? it should be labeled as "Completed".

Hi, check your ready to install section. It should be there. If not, use the same account that entered that code and then look for the game in the store. It should say “owned” and then you can download it from there.

Thanks for help - will buy hard drive - will this wipe out downloaded minecraft on x-box or will it still be playable? complete novice at this :-D

if a game is playable on both - it would be "play anywhere". minecraft is not one of those games, so you would have to purchase it again.

I've tried those things, however it still has the playable option for Java and says BUY NOW in the green box for the "MINECRAFT for Windows" section
