Discus and support minecraft not installed bug in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I have the Minecraft launcher downloaded, when i go to play Minecraft: java edition it gives me the option to 'play' but it wont let me and it doesn't...     I have the Minecraft launcher downloaded, when i go to play Minecraft: java edition it gives me the option to 'play' but it wont let me and it doesn't say i have Minecraft installed in the 'installation' tab, nor does it show me the latest version

    Would you please try to reinstall Minecraft Java through the Xbox app and see if the issue persists?

    If uninstalling and installing Minecraft again doesn't solve it, I'd contact them again, my friend. If customers are having this issue as you said, it could be a bug that we will not be able to solve.

    This happened as a bug for some users in the past. It also happened when you had too many worlds or cache files for thr game.

    Do you have worlds downloaded or is this a fresh Minecraft installation?

    I can't install Minecraft for Windows from the Minecraft Launcher or alone from Xbox, I tried everything I could find. I don't know what to do anymore

    Should you have used Minecraft Launcher in installing Minecraft Bedrock then you must need to report this concern to the Minecraft Support team. However, if you are trying to use the Minecraft Bedrock app, please try to use the Minecraft Launcher instead. This is an official launcher from Minecraft which can be installed from Microsoft Store and Minecraft website.
