Minecraft not booting up code 0xc0000189

• If the error code begins with the letter “E”, try searching on the first part of the code.

• If the error code is 24 digits long, try searching on the last 8 digits.
  
  Example For “Error 417f-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-8007-2746” (where the letter “x” can be any number), search for “80072746”.

Sorry to hear it. Please try powercycling your console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down.

If that doesn't help then you may need to try a factory reset on the console. There's an option to keep installed games and apps and your saves are safe on the Cloud.

The code is from xbox. I keep getting this code while trying to get into hulu. It states to go to xbox.com/errorhelp. Then It says to enter code, we enter

0xc0000189 and it states:

Sorry! No Support articles were found for "0xc0000189".

This is where xbox said to go with this code. Why doesn't xbox error help recognise it's own code. Please update the Xbox help site.
