Minecraft not available on my Series X even though I had it on my Xbox One

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My Games & apps > See All.

Under Full Library> Owned games,

In case you still can't find it, the best course of action is to contact Support.

Please, look for the purchase in your Transaction History.

Then, copy the order number and contact Xbox Support.

Then, follow these steps:

Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" > Confirm > Start Chat.

when I had the XBox One I was able to control my tv though Xbox one, but now I have the series x and I cant control my tv though my series x?

No one knows yet, as nothing has been confirmed if Minecraft will be available on the series X or if the Xbox One version will be compatible. I'm sure there will be news available very soon about it though.

No change. When I go into details the system type says "Xbox One".

When I use the Microsoft Store app and try to install to my Series X, the relavent option says XBOX - even though the name I gave my system is "Series X".

Thank you for your response XBF. I already checked to see that the gamertag and email that was on my Xbox console matched the one that was on my Xbox app. However, when you say that Halo MCC is available on Xbox One and Series X does that mean that even though it does not work on the app if I sign on another Xbox One or get my own Series X the game will appear? I hope this is the case as I can live with MCC being on console alone, but if it does not appear when I upgrade to Series X then I'm going to have a problem. Is there another library other than the app I can use to confirm the presence of Halo MCC among my owned games.
