    Minecraft: no multiplayer access


    Hi, i have received a code from a friend for minecraft and tried to run multiplayer, but the game keeps telling me that my microsoft account has not purchased the game. I have already tried to check my order history and saw that the minecraft order went through, I'm logging in with the same account but there still seems to be a problem. I tried to change my password too. Does somebody know an answer?

    I cannot leave a family group that Microsoft put me in automatically.

    I have not been able to play on the Minecraft Multiplayer servers that I have payed for and have no way to access my settings to reenable my multiplayer.

    Let's try to solve this, give the next possible solution a try:

    Step 1: Block all your privacy settings temporarily
    https://account.xbox.com/Settings

    Step 2. Sign out from your account on the Xbox app, the Microsoft store and the Minecraft launcher.

    Step 3. Reset the Microsoft store cache using the wreset.exe command.

    Step 4. Repair and reset the Minecraft launcher; Go to PC Settings > Apps > Installed Apps > Advanced option, once you find the Minecraft launcher > click on repair and reset.

    Step 5. Change your privacy settings and set everything to “allow”.

    Step 6. Sign in with your account on the Xbox app, the Minecraft launcher and the Microsoft store.

    Please make sure you have the correct license for the platform. If you're playing on a console, you must have this license:
