Sorry to hear about that, however, please note that as long as you're signed in using the correct Nintendo account and Microsoft account, the purchases should automatically sync.

You may try switching on the Nintendo Switch home screen, highlight Minecraft, and press X to close the application but if it still won't work, you may need to reach out to Mojang by going here: https://support.xbox.com/help/games-apps/game-t... and look for "Get help with Minecraft on different devices" and click "Submit a request".

I own Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition and I’ve bought previous DLC. How do I get it to sync to Minecraft?

1. Log into Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition on your Switch account. This will sync the latest purchases.
2. Log into the Minecraft on your Switch and you’ll be automatically granted the entitlements for that DLC.
   

Note For every purchase you make on the previous version, you must first log into
Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition, exit, and then launch the new Bedrock version for purchases to sync. DLC purchased within
Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition will only remain on your Nintendo Switch device and will not carried over into other devices.

To set up Bedrock Edition on your Nintendo Switch for free after purchasing Java Edition in January 2022, you will need to follow these steps:

Log in to your Mojang account on the official Minecraft website.

Go to your account settings and look for the "Claim your free copy of Minecraft" option.

Select the "Redeem" button next to the Nintendo Switch option.

You will be prompted to enter your Nintendo Switch account details.

Once you have entered your Nintendo Switch account details, the Bedrock Edition will be added to your account.

Go to the Nintendo eShop on your Switch and search for "Minecraft."

Download and install the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Your unspent Minecoins and Marketplace purchases made on your current account on Nintendo stay with that account, so they should be in there even after linking or unlinking a Microsoft account. Please make sure that you are currently signed in to the Nintendo account you used when you purchased the packs/addons on the Minecraft Marketplace.

Please try to restore the purchases in the Marketplace and see if that will help. Go to Minecraft Marketplace > Scroll to the bottom > Click on the "Restore" button.

If the packs you purchased are still not letting you access them and they are not in your "My Library", you may need to reach out to Minecraft support so they can help with the Marketplace contents you have purchased. https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new...
