Sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting to featured servers. I see you have already tried many things, how about using a different network? If you have hotspot, you can try to connect your Switch to that and see if you will get the same issue.

The Wi-Fi is faster than the hotspot, so I'm not sure what the issue could be with my network. Switch is a dedicated IP address to my router. Something has to do with the communication of the Minecraft servers; maybe DNS?

Wi-Fi 38.2 MBsp -- doesn't work (no ping & no player count)

Hotspot 11 MBsp -- works (see ping of servers & player count) --> Can connect

I see, if it works on hotspot but not your Wi-Fi then it is network related.

Please try to check the network speed when connected to Wi-Fi and compare it to hotspot.

Yes, I also tried the hotspot on my cell phone, which had the same result. I submitted a support request to Minecraft.
