    minecraft.net doesn't connect to my microsoft account


    I try to connect to my minecraft.net account via Microsoft account and this error appears "We could not validate your access, please try to login again."

    And if I try to log in again, it even takes me to the profile screen, but when I try anything like reloading the page, changing tabs or changing the skin, for example, it shows that I don't have java or bedrock minecraft, and clicking on how much top right under "account" it says that I'm not logged in... and what's more, if I click on buy minecraft with the site saying that I don't have it, it takes me to the minecraft purchase screen and says that I already have it... this problem is only on the website. Sorry if I put it in the wrong topic but I couldn't find a topic for anything like that other than gaming.

    Cannot use/play Minecraft with Mojang account - Java Edition

    Hi Ricardo,

    Thanks for your time and I appreciate your help...

    In fact, the game was bought from MOJANG Studios / minecraft.net in 2018 and then my account had to be migrated to Microsoft account( it was a system generated process to migrate Mojang account to Microsoft account). Now, I'm not able to login with the (same email address) and the error message is wrong password. There is an option to login with Mojang account but again the error is wrong password ( password recovery function doesn't work - I'm not getting any email from Mojang to set a new password). I have discussed this many times by email with minecraft.net and Mojang, they are aware about the problem ( there are many others as well probably) and they are asking me to get in touch with Microsoft as they can no longer help.

    Hi there, it sounds like that this may be an issue with the account itself. Are you able to log onto minecraft.net and see your purchases there? Since they're possibly two different accounts on Windows vs Switch, they may not display the same items.
    I can log into minecraft.net, but it doesn't show any of my purchases there, I don't believe it ever has.

    The issue I have is with the Bedrock edition with Win10, Switch, etc, which is linked to my microsoft (xbox) account. All the purchases have been made on that, and now they're not showing.

    I've talked to Microsoft, they've admitted that they cannot do anything, so deferred me to Mojang. And Mojang just don't reply to anything.

    I am on the right account, and I purchased it through google play. It says I have it on minecraft.net, and I tried downloading the launcher on both minecraft.net and microsoft. Thank you.

    Update: I got into minecraft.net via my Email for my account, is it still lost, or now that I logged into minecraft.net. could I access an play on my account again?
