Minecraft mute

Im having the same problem i think its either he is saying bad things on minecraft and he is muted for a certain time. Or he is not using the same chat.

Thats where she plays minecraft on but she tells us she cant see our chat nor can we see hers like minecraft removes us from the chat temporary. Like for idk half of the day but for her its been everyday even that happed to [Mod removed-personal
information] and he was muted becuse someone. Reported him and his name was
[Mod removed-personal information] he was stalking me on mincraft and justin reported him and he muted Justin for no reason,
